1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Votelytix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. User Accounts
You must sign in using a valid Google account to use Votelytix. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. User-Generated Content
Users may create polls, vote, and comment on the platform. You retain ownership of content you create, but by posting, you grant Votelytix a licence to display and moderate that content. You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or violates any third-party rights.
4. Poll Creation & Approval
All user-submitted polls are reviewed by our admin team before publication. Votelytix reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove polls that are duplicates, inappropriate, unclear, or otherwise do not meet community standards.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: spam the platform with repetitive polls; impersonate other users or public figures; use automated scripts or bots to vote; attempt to manipulate poll results; harass or abuse other users; or attempt to access restricted areas of the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform features, designs, and logos are owned by Votelytix. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission. Community-submitted poll content remains the intellectual property of the respective creators.
7. Disclaimer
Votelytix is provided as-is. Poll results reflect the opinions of users who participated and should not be treated as scientific surveys or representative statistics of any population.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Votelytix shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.
